Unhappy 95 740i shakes when idling at light

hi,have a 95 740i that shakes like crazy when I'm stopped at a light
drives nice with lots of power
any ideas how to corect this prob?

maybe the valve separator or leak on vacume lines or mainfold cascade
chk the spark plugs first
