Sticking Caliper?

While painting my calipers I noticed that one front pad was worn down half as much as the other side.

There is still about 5mm left on the more worn pad, but is a sticking caliper the cause of this?

Do you feel any difference when you brake? Also, do you feel when you are driving if the car pulls to the side that is more worn? I'd say pull the tire and check the caliper and see if it will compress in (using a C clamp). If it doesn't, you know you'll have to change it.

How do I spell relief??
