Haven't been here much
, I know, but nevertheless been rather busy.
So, when two front-suspension arms, bought in Germany on eBay both
broke (what are the odds?). Thankfully, I could avoid an accident (when the second one broke I was going rather fast), but obviously the sellers insurance company had to pay to replace some parts.
Both suspension arms (genuine BMW this time), both front fenders and also the front bumper. Of course, I paid a little extra, and put on a 'M' Tecnic front. The car looked a lot nicer that way as you can imagine.
But, beginning this year, I fetched a nice Z3 Roadster (2.0 litre, it had
to be a six), that I exchanged only months later for a Z3 Coupe 2.8.
I wanted to sell the Touring, but the offers I got were ridiculous, so I still own it now. Not registered at the moment, since I purchased a small car to teach the (also new) misses to drive. When that is done, I will re-register the Touring, since it is such a nice car to drive.
