Side Skirt pulled away from body

The side skirt on my 96 convertible has pulled away from the body. The white clips are still attached to the body, and I can't get them out. Looks like the fix is to remove the clip from the body attach to the skirt and insert clip into hole in body. I can't get the clips out of the body.

Any suggestions?

Ill be honest, they will probably break when you remove them so be prepared to replace them. Their quite cheap at Pelican Parts. What I recommend is the plastic trim remover pieces for this. Anything metal will scratch the paint. You can find trim remover tools at most auto parts store.
