fuel consumption

hi ppl I want to buy a e46 325i or a 330i. the the 330i auto is what i am more interested in but cud 330I owners tell me what sort of fuel consumption i wud b expecting out off a 330i auto around town and on motorways? do u reckon it b much diff from 325 auto? cheers

The 325i and 330i use the same engine. The only difference is the displacement. The 330i is 3L where as the 325i is 2.5L. This extra displacement is achieved through a shorter piston stroke. The difference in milage between the two will be very little.
