Exclamation E60 Spark plug swap

I just changed the spark plugs on my 2004 525i. Upon completion, I went to crank the car and i would not start. Initially there was power but it dwindled down slowly. I was able to reset the service warning but shortly after that the car lost all power. The remote for the locks doesn't even work. I cant figure out what I may have done wrong. Can anyone help?
