My computer is in Military time

hey, one day my computer's clock turned to military time. I have no idea how to change this, I have messed with the time/calendar menu a little with no changes. any ideas?

its a dell, and i double click on the clock and play with it, but to no avail.

start > Control Panel > Regional and Languages Options...under
the Regional Options tab, click on the Customize button > click on
the Time tab and change the time format.
