325CI Window switch

Good morning everyone!!
My 2003 325ci drivers window switch(the buttons) are broke.I understand that I need to purchase the complete window switch. Does anyone know any sights that will explain how to access the console to replace this switch? I've searched th internet with not much luck!!

Best bet would be to get a Bentley manual, or see if your library has one. You might also get some idea of what's involved, at least getting a schematic diagram, at www.realoem.com/bmw

If it's anything like the 2002 325ci, you lift the boot around the shifter (for an automatic) and there are two screws holding the rearmost portion of the shifter surround where the switches are. Remove the screws and the whole thing lifts up and you can easily access the switches.
