Are their any modifications to the vehicle such as a tune?

P0153 means your O2 sensor is not reading correctly. This could be because the sensor is defective or the wire from it is damaged. You will need to have it inspected. The car cant compensate the air/fuel ratio properly if it doesnt have a proper O2 reading which could be causing the misfire. If you get a "Bank 2 Sensor 1" code, then that is the passenger side, pre cat sensor.
