a good product is "goof-off" (Home Depot) on a rag will get those black scuffs out. It takes some rubbing - not too hard - then hit it with a good leather treatment - throw that armourall away. Connelly, or any REAL leather treatment will help soften/clean up the leather after you get rid of the scuffs.
