FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

12:20 am i get IM's in respionce to my away message of "sleep" asking if i was gunna register for classes. WTF!!! i didnt even know it was time. i have no courses in mind. so i scury to get stuff together. i remember that i cant even register cause the gestapo in the department have given me my proverbial "papers" so i have to wait till tommorow to get aproved. and then make up a course load. wich i have NO IDEA what i need to take cause they change the requirements every 2 weeks. and then find some of those requirements, 50% of them they dont even fucking offer!!

My registration is on Friday, Nov. 17th. Seniors get priority. Gotta graduate.

I have four more credits to complete after this semester (graduate seminar and 3 hrs of thesis). In the convolution that is my life, I haven't been able to stop and enjoy this particular success.

This semester was my last time too!

It's exciting knowing I'll never have to go through this again, barring me going insane and attempting a master's, lol.

My school is in the damn 18th century though. All paper scheduling, not online, and you have to get it approved by your advisor AND they dont let you sign up for more than 4 classes at once...ugh...but yeah, never again!

oh thats just the start of the story.

today i went to get aproved to register, and was told i dont need to take a class cause im on the old program. cool so i go to get that overridden, wait in like an hour. to get the paper signed, then wait in line another hour to get it to the registrar. go in there. and find out im not even a fucking junior! im 2 fucking credits short! this is just rediculous. i have to wait until tonight to register for classes. then go tommorow and submit the override forms... REDICULOUS.

RIdiculous? WhY? It makes sense to me. Its also kind of funny that you didn't know you are not a junior yet.

I just registered for classes last week and everything is online. The stupid part is that in the past years, if you wanted to get into a class that was full, you'd take a form to the prof, get it signed and take it back to the registrar to stick you into the class. NOW, you have to have the professor override the system and the registrar doesn't do anything.

So what's the point of the registrar if they're not going to register your classes?? The ones at my school are the meanest women EVER.

the problem is.... I AM A JUNIOR i have 79 credits. and the damn system thinks i have 52! so unless the system counts them in some wierd ass way.

the problem witht he hole situation is the requirements arnt clear, constantly changing and require 4 or 5 steps that could have been simplified into a one or 2.
