Doesn't anyone realize that if there is double yellow lanes it's as if there was a wall.... and you can't just stop in the middle of the road and turn?

no.. I never do that... I always respect the double yellow lanes, just kinda pisses me off when I see that someone's blocking the left lane because they want to turn into a house or something when there is double yellow lanes

Not sure what you mean by "double yellow lane". But if you mean the double solid yellow lines in the middle the road, they just mean No Passing. However, it's prefectly legal to turn into a private driveway or business lot from the opposite side of it. Yea, it'a PITA, but there's nothing illegal about it.
Now if you're talking about 2 sets of double yellow lines a few feet apart, then that's a no no

Two sets of solid double yellow lines spaced two or more feet apart are considered a barrier. Do not drive on or over this barrier or make a left turn or a U-turn across it except at designated openings.

So what you're saying is people are supposed to go somewhere, turn around, then come back to their house, just to please you because someone forgot to leave a gap in a fucking line?
even if they did that, they'd piss off another asshole that deemed right turns illegal.
everybody drive everywhere. I don't care as long as they signal. Nothing pisses me off more than when someone comes to a screeching halt to make a left turn and didn't bother to signal.

im with Storamin ... i'd turn there.
No, but if it's illegal for them to turn and they are holding the rest of the traffic back just so they can turn into there house, yes, they should go somewhere that is legal, make a U-Turn and turn into whatever it is they are trying to get to

And this makes sense too, cause if you're blocking traffic, then you have to wait anyway. May as well just go to an open turn
