The new GT500
Pretty sick car.. i love the styling, and it looks like fords really done it right this time. we'll see though, hah.
It should be in the 450 HP range, im guessing more than that.. its gonna have the 6 speed from the old cobra too. Really the only thing i dont like is the solid rear axle, they should at least have independent rear suspension as an option or some shit..
also.. how come its the cobra GT500, im not up on my mustang history.. but shouldnt it just be the GT500?
i wonder how much its gunna cost..?

Considering that the baseline Mustangs have been reduced to garbage, Shelby was probably just protecting his image. Wouldn't want people thinking he'd touch a GT.
The tail looks too fat, and it inflates downward..very unattractive.
Anyone noticed the front profile is almost identical to an E30?

upon further observation......there's nothing special about the ood as we normally see from SVT,
and the svt symbol is all pixellated without zooming in...just look at the pic here and you'll see that its shopped

Im not sure why that is photoshopped, Someone probably just wanted to see what it would look like with different wheels. That is the actual car, it was released at the NY Car Show.
The car is going to have atleast 450rwhp. It is being released to dealerships with an MSRP of just under 40k. The problem is there is only going to be 7500 of the made from what I heard, therefore dealer markup may play a role in here. But if it stays at the MSRP, this is going to be one of the best cars you can buy for the money.
And I resent the GT comment >_>

These are actual pictures of the car, there is nothing "hidden" becuase they have been released by Shelby. There are no more "concept" versions of this car running around. This is what it is.
No that is NOT the GT wing
Im not at school

No matter how much you hate a company, you cant hate when they create an amazing car
This is going to be the best car for the money if it stays under 40k, hands down.

That's an amazing car. I'm not TOO excited with the design... but any car with those numbers for under $40k is very impressive.

I'm assuming you have to be into the retro look. If I had a history with mustangs i'd probably feel closer to the new design.

Your not american if you dont connect with the history, tradition, and power that the name mustang represents.. they are, hands down, the most recognized car in the world.
you got your right to your own opinion, but that thing is hot.

i wouldnt buy one, but they seem like a pretty nice deal.

Very true.
That much power for that low of a pricetag is VERY nice.
