WoW, that car is way over the top.....

The most likely explanation is that the car probably belongs to the shop and it's just a demo of the mods they can perform. So it gets a little bit of everything.

Personally, I think it looks like a hot mess.

Unique. Hard to judge someone on trying something new. It seems a lot of money was put into the car. Not for me, but something different.
