The car in question is a 6er see the difference in these 2 pics both have the same silver fin thing on the fender but notice that on the bottom pic the M6 badge is clearley visible therefore the 6er in the pics with the noble is just that a 6er
Plus the side skirt is a dead give away

Not really. What happens is becuase of US rules the car cannot be leggally imported into the US as a whole car (no bumper or airbags). So what they do is u buy the chassis,engine and transmission seperatley. Then when they arrive in the US, they are put toghether thus becoming a road legal M12.
