BMW ENVY: Girlfriend's Pop's S55 AMG!!!! Finally I got pictures (for Zeaq) - United Bimmer Community

So like back in September 2003...My girl's pop traded in his Volvo s80 on his 40th birthday and got this 2004 s55 AMG brand new and fully equiped for something like $120,000.

No! he's not a Drug Dealer...but a Physician. In fact, what's really sad is that he only drives it to his private practice office about 5 miles from their home everyday. Apart from the occasional weekend outings, that's it!

He actually ONLY logged about 6,000 miles on the odometer in all that time.

I think I'd sell it for some of the BMW's that Id want(...wont even start the list..hehe).

Kinda sad how a kid at my school had one of those for his car..along with 2 other cars of his..but i wont get started with him.

im with dan...im not a lux man...thats why merc never does it for me...it needs to be a ratio of like 40% lux and 60%perf max for me which i feel BMW is....mercedes is more like 70% lux and 30% perf

my ideal ratio 10%comfort/90%performance only car that matches that? gutted and moded E30 M3 muhahaha

I'm with both of you....Mercs are all about show....
At least if I was going theluxury route and willing to put down 120,000 on a car I would never buy a Merc or a BMW even. I would get the very rare 2005
