EWS module?
I have been having problems with my 2001 325i starting up right away for the past 2-3 weeks. I am wondering if the problem is progressive, or will it lead to other problems, so I took it to the shop. They say no power is going to the starter when the vehilcle goes to operation mode. Furthermore, they saw there was no power going to the ignition from the key turn (to turn it over to start the vehicle). They tell me there is an error in reading the key somewhere along the way, or the problem is the key itself. So I bought a key and that does not do the trick. Can you offer any advice? |
