A turbocharged 260-hp engine makes the 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Coupe the fastest car under $25,000 you can buy. Even better, it's also now a serious driver's car. Too bad about the looks.

Sounds like they really added some value from the last version. I'm not sure if they were shooting for this car to be a serious machine and comparing to an evo VII (why not a later version) why they didn't go "all out". In anycase looks like my speed3 has some competition, I would love to see how they match up at a track. |
