wow, a 4 door from Porsche? i thought the cayanne was a little far from what they normally sell, i mean Porsche sells sports cars, not SUVS ( well they do now)

i like it. it takes a bit of getting used to, just because porsche has such a unique and defining look. but i really like it! and i agree it's very much overpriced.

Need to lose the second set of doors if it's going to be shaped like that; it's too close to a Lantis rear-end. And the front is pretty Ferrari-shaped, Porsche doesn't do their best work under opposing curves like the ones that come out of that bonnet. The Carrera GT had that problem.
According to the Porsche NA chairman, the reason the Cayenne was produced was to bring in cash from another market, which would enable Porsche to remain what it is - an independent company. presumably, this car will be for the same purpose.
