No it isn't..when you think about it even 230 is amazing but I want to know how fast it would go in good conditions.. It said he only had the gas down half way in the last gear so it has to have a good amount left. We will just have to wait until they test again I guess...(and hope the weather doesn't mess it up again) |

Bugatti pushed things to current technologies limit. With today's technology, that engine is going to be too high strung to do anything for longer than five minutes but sit in your garage and look pretty. ..... I mean hell... its a V-8. I've seen 1.1k HP mustangs (read: V-8), but they're all dyno queens, don't even know what a turn is. Now a v-12 would have been a better choice for trying to build anything other than a dyno queen.

well you also gotta remember, with these cars, you can have as much power as you want but the actual engineering goes into getting that power to the ground safely(even in a straight line).. hell, not saying the bugatti engine isnt amazing, but all they did was slap 4 turbos on a 16 cylinder, doesnt seem like that was efficient!
