some are going to be crazy, that's a given, but there's quit a few people from bimmerforums going that will be going around the speed limit, so you can stay with that group. that's where i'll be! I can't wait, and then i can finally see devin's beast...

^^^True. I have driven with both groups. I usually go in the morning, hang out, chat and take pics and then head home. Last time I was planning to go on a drive, I did just that. The reason that I didn't go was because my wife had a bad feeling and literally begged me not to go on the drive. I listened and on that drive, there was a bad accident, multiple injuries. All due to an irresponsible driver.

geeze i guess you should thank your wife! Yeah i'll def. be going on the drive, unless everyone takes off, then i'll just turn around and make my way back. i've done the crazy 120mph thing a few times and that's enough for me. not worth the risk at all.

How often are there the drives like this here in Seattle? I've a bit of work to do before my ride's ready for any extended drivin', but I really want to see everyone's cars...

we are trying to do it more often and there are several different forums that put them on but generally there are less in the winter just cause of the rain and temperature. We'd love to have you come out and check it out!

I'll deffinately see what I can do... would feel slightly stupid rollin up in a geo if my baby's not ready yet (though, unless the radiator is bad she should be), but I'm deffinately planning my morning around it.
