Great Place, Great Service
just wanted to express my great satisfaction with Strictly BMW of Bellevue. (strictlybmw.com) These guys are absolutely fabulous and know their cars inside and out (as they should). but they not only have great car knowledge and service, the way they handle customers is unlike any other BMW shop/parts center i've been to.
My Aux water pump just recently started leaking on my e34 so i called up Derek to see what they could do about replacing the part as i had bought it from them. he said that would be no problem just wanted me to bring the car in and get the new part and have them check out the old one.
Seeing as they are in bellevue and i'm in bellingham the drive down with leaking coolant isn't a likely possibility. he said that's fine just send him a picture of the part leaking in the car so i did and he emailed me next business day asking for my adress to ship to and offering to cover my return shipping costs to send him the old pump.
I know that this is the service we all would love to see, but i wanted to give them a quick shout out because there was no run around and they were quick to fix the problem and keep me a very satisfied customer even after the sale.
Props to Derek and the guys and gals at StrictlyBMW of Bellevue!

if only it weren't so far away. i take mine to harmony motorworks. that place sucks, and they charge you up the ass for anything. but they're the only place in b'ham. for example, i just got my car out of there yesterday. it had been in there for two weeks. all they did was change the tranny fluid, re-route a belt, and hook it up to their computer's for an engine check. $350 and two weeks. that's retarted.

Devin, I hope you sent them a letter thanking them. Email the GM at the dealer and tell him of how great your exeprience was.
I know this is a repost {I'm too tired to look for the original} but ANYTIME you have a good experience tell them. They always hear the bad shit but never the good. Besides, sometimes it comes around in percs. aka free stuff, give certificates, preferential treatment next time you do business w/them. They deserve the "pat on the back'

geeze $10k?! they said they'd sell it for about 8,500! haha. but i guess they fixed it up a little, new interior, fixed all paint chips, etc. whatever it's done and gone. on to new things! now i need to start working some serious overtime to help pay for upgrades! first i'll be working on appearance. clear corners/tails/parking, new headlight setup (angel eyes), eyebrows, blacked out grill, lowering springs, tint, and simple things like intake and exhaust. sorry to jack this thread. i'll definitely be dealing with the peeps in bellevue now!
