BMW of Seattle > BMW of Bellevue

As much as we all don't care for stealerships. If you're car is under warranty and you need work. Take it to the BMW of Seattle and NOT BMW of Bellevue.

My mom's M3 had problems with her xenon HID lights. took it to bellevue and it still didnt work right. then she had problems with her hood, and bellevue told her it wasn't covered under the warranty.

My parents take it to BMW of Seattle. The HID's work like a charm, the hood is fixed, and they found something wrong with the SMG and imported a part over night from GERMANY for it. And they provided a rental car no questions asked. That rental actually had a few lights come on and they offered to come out and replace it with another.

All in all, the people at BMW of Bellevue are a pain in the ass and hard to work with. Go with BMW of Seattle. Better job, better service, Happier BMW's
