Gonna be a nasty one today

High temps and humidity for the tri-state area today . . Get out there and crank the AC, put your cooling system to the test. Or sit back, relax and have a few cold ones

It was a balmy 58 degrees today in seattle and cloudy. A bummer for Dads day and June weather.

Try and beat 106 today....here in the great state of Kansas!
Let me tell you....black on black in hot hot weather.....is not fun.

Suppost to be triple digits all week....a high of 110...one day.

Dude, watch out. NY is supposed to break into the hundreds this week. It is incredibly humid, too.

LotAttendant, 110 is just fucking ridiculous. Is it a dry heat in Kansas?

I find dry heat to be more tolerable than humid heat. Humidity is just nasty. At UF, in Gainesville, it would break into the hundreds and have 80% humidity. It really was a freakin swamp. At 7:15am I'd go to catch a bus and I'd walk 200 feet from my front door and already be dripping (no lie). Nasty man.

We're about to get a heat index of 110 today. CAPiTUL's right, nothing's worse than a sticky neck. I'll take a dry 115 in the southwest over a soaking wet 90 here in the NY area anyday.

Yeah yesterday was hot as bawls and it's supposed to be the same today. It reached 99 here but the humidity made it feel like 130. Godd bless AC. It's already 88 right now and it's only 8:30am

Try walking around in 140 degree heat with a thick jacket on. and have to walk everywhere, and work inside and outside, im talking manual labor.

then, at 12 midnight, 100 degrees. thats nasty

thats baghdad. and because of that, i sweat all the time now, even if it is not that hot.
