NE meet!
 

OK guys so we are gettin there! i went and spoke to the principle of my old HS and he sounded thirlled about the idea of us holding the car meet there! Now i need a deffinate date because tomm i plan to go and fill out the paper work to finalize it. He suggested June 19th, its a sunday. since we had a bunch of snowdays school will still be in session but he said that the sunday would prob be perfect. i mentioned us bbq'in and such and he mentioned that we might be stuck on that due to food prep and stuff ..... so he suggested not to mention it and do it anyways ;) hahah like i said he was being really cool about everything! so please tell me guys is June 19th decent for everyone? if u have a different date in mind please let me know asap otherwise this will b going down June 19th!

That is the only weekend in June that I can't make it, and I am booked for the weekend of July 16th. Any other weekend would work for me. It would suck if I couldn't make it b/c you and I got this thing going in the first place. Please reschedule.

Yea i think the plan will b that once we have a date and time set up ill start a new thread and people can post on their if they want to help out and bring anything (nothing big, just like a couple bags of chips, soda, stuff like that) and i will also post directions and a map of the cruise route.

not CT its gonna b in RI. im still trying to work out a better date that will work with the place we will hold it and with everyone here (basicly something after the 19th that will b a weekend and such). hopefuly by the end of this week ill have a deffinate date set!

We need a date on this soon so I can put it in my calendar. My summer weekends are filling up quick. So far I have prior obligations on the following dates:
June 3rd, 11th, 12th, 18th
July 16th, 29th, 30th, 31st
August 12th, 13th

I want in on this NE meet too! And I have to know a date pretty soon so I dont make plans on that day.

sorry guys the school was jerkin me around a bit ill see what i can do to nail them down by the end of this week!

i dont know that it will b happening around here, the school wont let us in because they are gonna be doing renovations all summer so the lots are gonna b filled with equipment and dumpsters :-\. i have been running around the area trying to figure an area to no avail, so as of now things are looking bleak. sorry guys, im gonna keep lookin but i dk....
