Repost but still kool.

"Bavarian built hot rod"

"The Deputies LT1 Camaro has the muscle to match the European racing car move for move"

"The Deputy in pursuit can barley stop in time"

My 3 fave qoutes.

.
Yet the cop saw nothing but tail-lights & could hardly stop in time. Doesn't sound like "matching it move for move" to me...

it is also believed that they never caught him. the footage of the M3 stopping is identical to when he brakes and crosses the median.

looks like someone else ran outta gas.

I've seen that video tons of times. But everytime I see the (4 cylinder) M3 haul ass away from the (V8) LT1 Camaro just as the cop is saying, "Yeah, our Camaros have a computer chip in them. It's faster than what the general public has."

I love it, because as soon as they start talking about how awesome their Camaro is, the M3 is so far ahead that it can't be seen.

^^^ Yeah you guys are right, I saw this a while back and looked it up. Apparently they caught him the next day at his house, they just showed footage of the M3 slowing down to tell the viewers that he was caught (Broke down... HA!) to not lose the effect that the police ALWAYS catch people that run. They did eventually but not while he was in the M.

From what I understand the guys dad was an instructor at driving schools and must have taught his son how to drive. Let this be a lesson dont run they will catch you. Reminds me of a friend of mine who makes the ocasional bad desision was driving drunk one night and hit someone and took off they got his plate, the next day they showed up at his door because someone got his license plate number.

Anyone else notice that they added engine noise in to make the Camaro shift like 30 times?
