Same, my and my buddy went out in on (when i was 16, lol). the dealer we rode with was aweosme. Just as we start out she says "ok guys u can go anywere and do what ever u want, just dont kill me" It was funny cause were barling for an off ramp doing 140kmh and i slam on the brakes cuase some f*cker kinda switces late. And all u hear from the dealer was "I said DONT kill me". It was awesome.

as for test drives aprently my dad has had some fun. he took out a c class back in the day and took it up to 120..the dealship guy was scared. he also test drove a misubishi 3000gt in SF and had the dealship guy tell my dad to pull over cause his driving was to crazy.

good luck getting the test drive. I'm seriously rooting for you, but that's a BRAND new M5. I felt lucky that the dealership let me take my 328 out for a test drive when i bought it.

the front lip looked photoshoped... i see it just doesnt match tho.

when i go to the bmw/audi/porsche dealership they would let me test drive whatever i want. i don't want to test drive anything though... i'm perfectly happy with my car as is. it's not really your test drive if you have your parents... kinda lame.

HAHAHAHA Thats awesome, i like ur dad.

Ive been fortunate to get kool dealers when ever i go out. When i took out a 04 325i (when i was 16) i got some really old big guy. He hoped in the drivers seat and said get in. So i did, and then he just gets onto a highway and goes rippin. He said "i wanna show you what this thing can do", and he goes ripping around corners at high speed. I was just like damm..... Then he lets me take it out and oh man was that fun, thing stoped really quickly, pretty neatr acceleration, and he didnt say anything about how fast i was going or what i was doing. Theres this kool off ramp i kno off that kinda snakes downhill, and i took that pushing 110kmh and he all he said was "feel how it grips the road" as were just zooming down this off ramp. It was awesome.

once again u dont know my parents.
my mom and dad are speed freaks. (155+ in the 330, 175 in a 86' porshce etc.)
when i was learning to drive they told me i should learn how to handle high speeds so they didnt care much when i pushed the car to ~100.
now they dont care at all..i mean i told them about my 132mph stunt in the 330, they werent happy about that...but other then that i can cruise at what ever speed i want with them in the car.

I was on my way to Los Angeles from North of the Bay Area. I got onto I-5(two lane each way divided highway) and about three hours in a van was following me. Basically he cut me off and was screwing with me.i was pissed and just took off all the way up 132, at which point i figured i didnt want to die...so i just cruised for a little and slowed down when a truck pulled in fron of my a couple hundred feet in front of me(that goes by really fast when ur traveling at that speed.). either way on the way down i first hit 125 mph on osme back roads, then 132 on I-5. got down there pretty fast.

the way i up made it from 30 min south of los angeles to two hours north of the bay area in 6 hours. I followed a 530i(we passed each other on and off) over the grap vine at 125mph, i think it took us like 20 minutes to get over it.
dont flame me for my stupidity...i know there are cops all over that road...but at the time i didnt care. My mom wasnt stupid in letting me take her car....she knew i was going to drive fast either way, she figured it would be safer in the 330.
