Your Ride: 2003 350z Track Edition
bimmerworld has the engines listed for around 6800. a euro 6 speed tranny will run you 3500+ from there you have a good start,but if you have ever been around an engine swap you know theres so many little parts and tools you end up buying it all adds up. PLus labor if you arent installing your self. Theres place around here thatll get me an m3 motor and tranny plus install for 5grand.. not to shabby... I can save myself a grand by doing it myself though

E36 evo engine would be so badass, but that E30 engine is amazing as well.

Your Ride: 1997 BMW 328is Boston Green/Sand Leather
I assume your talking about the 3.5 ltr Alpina engine that was only installed in around 200 E30 BMWs? It produced 254 hp with a catalyst. Alpina engines have custom internals and are extremely expensive to rebuild. Thats if your able to find one.
