M3General discussion and technical help all year M3 cars.
5-speed with a BMP Lightweight Flywheel and a few dinan goodies.
H&R Springs, Bilstein shocks, rear shock reinforcement tabs, clears, etc.
I'm parting my car and selling it near stock. I'm moving my exhaust over to the M. I haven't decided what I'm gonna do with the rims yet (either keep the contours or keep my OCW wheels, selling the other). I'm moving over my HIDs/angel eyes, with my eyebrows, since the M is also arctic silver metalic (same color as my 328).
It's a 95 (of course), the last OBD1 year. The mileage is a bit high (140k), but the engine is in great condition. All service has been done at the dealership since 47k miles, and it just had an inspection 2. Compression is 205-210 on all cylinders, which is incredible.
My first step is redoing the tint, fixing some small interior problems, and color-matching the impact strips. After that I'm gonna rip out the air conditioning and stock headunit, and install a single LCD screen, connected to a small (400MHz) computer in the glove box. The car's sound system, AC, OBC, and everything else will run through the single screen from the computer. It'll all be digital.
change out that steering wheel. its looking a little beat up.
nice car.
