Proj46 w/Xenons- 1 level only
2002 M3. I either don't have high beam or only high beam. Installed new Projector46 w/xenons and Chromium AEs yesterday. THRILLED with the product but.....
AEs are sweet using the "accessories" option for the trigger. Gonna do the the other trigger today for remote. Day light H7s work and the blinkin stick make them go to High. They go off correctly when I go from parking to headlight position for the HIDs, but the xenon high beam (push forward) position doesn't make them brighter (or lower). Hmmmmmm??? gbohn73081@aol.com
Could I have used the passenger igniter with the driver side igniter and they were wired catty-wonkus? thanks anyone?
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

Sorry I wasn't very clear. I'll try a few ways to describe my issue.
I have no highbeams on my new Projector46 xenons.
My new xenons don't change brightness between low and high.
I have one level of brighness on my xenons.
I use to have OE bi-xenons until I broke all four tabs on the passenger side headlight. Darn concrete walls. I bought a pair of PJ46s for less than one OE headlight. Now my electrical engineering classes I paid for are failing me.
Seems miss wired. The lights go on with main switch from park lights to headlights, but there is no main beam bright up with the signal lever push forward to bright. Am I right?

You have deciphered my code correct. BUT...I'll bet you the high beams are a separate Fused circuit and I PROBABLY HAVE A BLOWN FUSE! It's 46 degrees here in Huntington Beach. I don't go outside in that kind of weather. I'll check it out when it warms up later. ha! Thanks!
Greg
If I remember correctly, the bi-Xenons generate the high beams by chaging the aim of the Xenon bulbs used for regular lighting. Also, I don't think that the intensity changes, only the way they are aimed. What this means for you is that the PJ46's may not work as easily for you, since they don't have the motorized mechanism to re-aim the beams. However, PM habbie@umnitza, or just call the place whre you got your projector46's and ask them to help you sort out the problem. There may be some clever wiring you could do to get it all to work.
Everything I said is what I believe to be true, but I could be in error

Thanks everyone for your responses. Umnitza is a class act and PMd my answer. Yep, drz, you get the prize. The OE bixenons have a motorized flap actuated by the forward position of the light stick on the steering column. Whether it reaims or just unblocks available lumen I'm not sure. So, I'm jazzed to know 2 things. One...I didn't screw up. Two, there are others out there like me. Smart, like to help others and drive great cars! Check out the hellabixenon solution for high/low position. http://www.umnitza.com/information.php?info_id=10
