is there a difference between umnitza east and umnitza? perhaps that would explain the difference in customer service experiences of people in the past?
i think it's funny that on bf.c anything badmouthing umnitza gets killed immediately. i have trust in unitedbimmer that those types of things will not happen here.

yes there is, remember death, he had really bad customer service. Rooz contaced Ouri from Umnitza-east and it was taken care of immedietely, right death?

Umnitza and Umnitza East are completely seperate companies. Ouri is from Umnitza East, and that's the company that sponsors UB.
I'm not sure what's happened in the past for customer service at Umnitza, but I can say Ouri at Umnitza East has the buyer's intentions in mind and will treat you right. He's a great guy and stands behind his sales.

just to clear up a few things:
we work very closely with umnitza, we buy together for obvious reasons, we carry mostly the same exact products and we both try to offer the best service and support possible, if anything should go wrong you do have the benefit of being able to deal with 2 enteties.
