Lighting
Sponsored by: BavToys.com Discussion of headlights, fog lights, blinkers, and any other car lighting.
Question? Any ideas as to why mu turn signal fuse would blow an average every other day? I had the car in for a service and they replaced the bulb which I had heard somewhere that when the bulbs go out it can short the fuse. Anyways, they replaced the bulb and fuse, I am not convinced that that was the problem because the fuse blew again a few days after. Could it be that I have another bulb blowing? the Hazards work fine, kind of. when I press and hold the hazards in all lights light up, but when I let go, only the left lights light, unless I put on my right turn signal? GREMLINS I SWEAR!!
Anyways I feel like an obnoxious driver when I can't signal.
that was my first inclination, I guess I just have no idea of where to start. A few months back the rear brake light had water in them, and I was also getting water in the trunk and inside the car, so I had the whole inside of the car torn out to fix it. I did notice some water in them then, but I have sealed them up with silicon since then.
