Dome Light Cover Removal
On our 325iT wagon the dome light is dead (no switch positions work), but I need to know the proper technique for removing the cover to change the bulb without inadvertently breaking either the cover or the holding tabs, since It is very tight against the headliner.  On a tangent, has anyone replaced the dome and other interior lighting bulbs (not dashboard) with brighter LEDs? If so, source? |

Flathead screwdriver, pry down the square trim piece where your sunroof switch is. From there you can reach your hand onto of the light and push it down.
