Lighting
Sponsored by: BavToys.com Discussion of headlights, fog lights, blinkers, and any other car lighting.
I'm trying to find a way for my Fog Lights on my E30 to be brighter (possibly HID brighter). Would you guys have any suggestions?
Also, do you all sell a HID kit for the E30's? I really don't want to go the Ebay route. I also have the Euro smiley ellipsoids with the city light. Do you know if there is a difference in wattage between the german and american lights? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

do US Forces cars have to pass TÜV requirements in Germany?
They get inspected by German inspectors but not at the level of TUV. I know TUV is very detailing to the last inch of the car, but the US Forces ones just make sure that the car won't fall apart when you drive it.
For example, if you have a small rust hole on your floorboard, with the US Forces as long as you can patch weld the hole, there is no problem. I've heard that with TUV you would have to do some major work so they can pass it.
