No clicking sound from turn signals

Ok I realize that I am probably the only person who has ever had this problem, and it's not a huge one, it's just slightly annoying.

Basically, when I flip on the turn signal (either one), all the lights light up fine, inside and out. However, usually it doesn't click. Once in a while, it'll start clicking if it's been on awhile. Or I'll hear it click once after it's been shut off.

I'm not expecting anyone to know what's going on, but if anyone has any ideas, let's hear em!

In most cars, the clicking is the relay itself, like xsperf said. But since the hazard relay is in the fusebox under the hood, I'm at a loss on this one. I looked at the Bentley's wiring schematics for you, but it wasn't clear as to what makes it click. BTW, what happens when you turn on the hazard flashers? Because they're on the same circuit.

hmm because on my old isuzu pickup some piece in the steering column was broken so it didn't click into place. Like the lights stayed on but the relay didnt click or something lol

^Oh I see. I don't think that's the problem.

So I tried the hazards and they were clicking fine, but then I tried the turn signals separately and they were also clicking fine. Of course it works now that I want it not to, lol.
