Obama's 'Road to Charlotte' tour ends in Norfolk
President Barack Obama wrapped up his "Road to Charlotte" tour in Norfolk with a rally in front of more than 11,000 people at Norfolk State University.The president made Virginia his last stop ahead of the Democratic National Convention in North Carolina.
