Defeated Okla. incumbent demands vote recount
The defeated incumbent Wagoner County court clerk has paid $600 for a recount of votes in Tuesday's election that initial returns show she lost by 28 percentage points.Court Clerk Rhonda Vincent was defeated by Jim Hight by a margin of 1,159-645 _ or 64 percent to 36 percent.Vincent told The Muskogee Phoenix ( http://bit.ly/SZsIiF) that she wants More... |
