Appeal rejected in Atlantic Beach mayor's race
A Circuit Court judge has dismissed an appeal filed by an Atlantic Beach mayoral candidate who lost in May's special election.The Sun News of Myrtle Beach reported (http://bit.ly/NW90U0) that Judge Derham Cole dismissed the appeal by Windy Price, who got just one vote in the May 22 balloting.Price and Mayor Retha Pierce both appealed the results More... |
