Cayetano out of hospital in time for primary
Former Hawaii Gov. Ben Cayetano is out of the hospital and is forging ahead with his campaign for mayor of Honolulu.Cayetano's campaign says the 72-year-old was released from the Queen's Medical Center Tuesday.
