Pa. Senate vacancy to be filled in Nov. 6 election
There won't be a special election to replace a state senator who recently resigned.Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley said Tuesday that it isn't worth the expense to schedule a special election to choose a successor to former Sen. John Pippy.
