Okla. Supreme Court tosses results of House race
The Oklahoma Supreme Court on Monday threw out the results of a state House race in which two uncounted ballots were found in a voting box after a recount had narrowed the margin to just one vote.The justices voted 8-0 to invalidate the results of the race for the open House District 71 seat in Tulsa and voided the election.
