RI giving out free voter ID cards ahead of primary
Rhode Island officials are stepping up efforts to give residents free voter identification cards as the state's April 24 presidential primary draws closer.Secretary of State Ralph Mollis says officials plan to provide IDs during stops in Lincoln on Tuesday and Wednesday.
