RI giving out free voter ID cards
Rhode Island Secretary of State Ralph Mollis plans to visit at least six communities in coming days to hand out free voter identification cards ahead of next month's presidential primary.Mollis is scheduled to stop in North Kingstown on Monday and Burrillville on Tuesday.
