Conviction, sentence of Richwood's ex-mayor upheld
A state appeal court has upheld the conviction and sentence of former Richwood Mayor Ed Harris.Harris was convicted in 2010 of malfeasance in office after illegally writing more than $90,000 in checks to himself and other employees during the last hours of his administration.
