Court OKs recall election against Mich. lawmaker
Republican state Rep. Paul Scott of Grand Blanc has lost a late bid to avoid a recall election next month.A ruling Wednesday from the Michigan Supreme Court leaves the recall on the ballot as scheduled Nov. 8.
