Run-off needed to pick Kenai borough mayor
The race for mayor of the Kenai Peninsula Borough is headed to a run-off election.KSRM reports (http://bit.ly/p7fx8O) former mayor and ex-state representative Mike Navarre had nearly 39 percent of the vote in Tuesday's election.
