Ethics hearing begins for eastern Ky. judge
An ethics hearing has begun for an eastern Kentucky judge accused of abusing his office for political and personal gain.Jeff Mando, an attorney for the Judicial Conduct Commission, accused Harlan Circuit Judge Russell Alred of 17 ethics violations including appointing a special grand jury to investigate a political opponent of a relative.The More... |
