Spokane candidate withholds finance records
A Spokane city council candidate is refusing to disclose where he's getting his campaign money.In a May filing with the state Public Disclosure Commission, Chris Bowen said he spent about $18,000 and had another $14,000 on hand, but he didn't file other required paperwork.The Spokesman-Review reports (http://bit.ly/ooYpcq) the commission is More... |
