Judge orders new election in disputed Muncie vote
A judge has ordered a special city council election after a candidate in Muncie's Democratic primary wore campaign gear into two polling places on Election Day.Delaware Circuit Judge Linda Ralu Wolf ordered Friday that a special election be held Sept. 13 in precincts 12 and 20.
