NC jury indicts man over Perdue flight payment
A Wake County grand jury on Tuesday indicted a Morganton man on a charge he caused Gov. Beverly Perdue's campaign to file false campaign reports, accusing him of hiding that he had given money to pay for a campaign flight.Robert Lee Caldwell was indicted on one count of felony obstruction of justice.
